When a heartsick terrier finds himself deserted in Central Park, you can imagine how terrified he might be! Shabby and filthy, the mutt, previously known as Douglas, struggles to find love in the big city after being abandoned by his owner.

When it's time for the nervous doggy to take his turn on stage, he begins to sing and dance in his own original style. A little girl, Isabel, truly appreciates his talents and chooses to adopt him. In this moment, he recieves a new name, "Kramer," as well as a loving home where he will stay with his new companion living happily ever after.
